Terms of Service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms govern your use of AdVault at advault-ai.com. By creating an account or using the free tools, you agree to them.
1. Who provides AdVault
AdVault is operated by Riccardo Ganiere, an individual based in Marbella, Spain. Contact: privacy@advault-ai.com.
2. The service
AdVault helps you analyse campaign URLs, verify tracking, research public ads from the Meta Ad Library and create original creative ideas. The free checkers are available without an account. The full workspace requires an account. AdVault is in active development, and features may change.
3. Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each account is for one person.
4. Trial, price and cancellation
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No card is needed to start it.
- To keep using the workspace after the trial, you can subscribe for €7.99 per month. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- If we change the price, we will tell subscribers by email before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep all rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AdVault to:
- scan or load pages in a way that overloads, attacks or breaks the security of a website;
- break the law or the terms of the platforms whose public data you research, including Meta's;
- copy another advertiser's creative or brand assets and present them as your own;
- resell, scrape or automate access to AdVault without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content and AI output
What you create and save in AdVault remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. AI-generated suggestions and images can be inaccurate or resemble existing material. Review them before you publish anything, and make sure your ads follow advertising platform rules and applicable law.
7. Scan results
Scans report what AdVault could observe at the time of the scan. Consent banners, blockers, user actions and site changes can affect what is visible, so a result is evidence, not a guarantee that tracking or a campaign works or fails.
8. Liability
We provide AdVault with reasonable care, but it is offered “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using AdVault and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering AdVault with reasonable notice to subscribers.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can also rely on the mandatory protections of the country where you live and bring a claim in its courts.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
